December 2022 Meeting Minutes

It was great seeing everyone at our Christmas party. See below for an overview of items discussed.

• New officers:

  • Matt Dierking, President, The Builders Association

  • Peter Newhouse, Vice-President, Turner Construction

  • Dillon Bergsten, Recording Secretary, Citadel Electric Group

• Important event dates to put on your calendar:

  • March 9-10th – Midwest Construction Safety Conference 2023 MCSC Event Website

  • March 13-16th – National AGC Construction Convention 2023 AGC Convention Event Website

  • March 23-24th - AGC-OSHA Fall Prevention in Construction at the Builders’ Training Center, registration contact is Nazia Shah

  • March 27-29th – National Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Summit in KC, planning committee contact is Angela Crawford

• NEW in 2023 – there will be a monetary incentive awarded to the member who attends the most meetings in 2023 at the next Christmas party.

• 2023 meetings will be a mix of breakfast and lunch, with no virtual option (meeting invites will follow this email).

• REMINDER – 2023 Dues Form is due (attached, please email to me)
