Lifetime Achievement Award

The purpose of the Construction Safety Group Lifetime Achievement Award is to honor one individual annually who has shown outstanding commitment, leadership, mentorship, and innovation in the field of occupational health and safety (OHS) throughout their career. This prestigious award celebrates a legacy of sustained contributions and dedicated involvement in CSGKC, recognizing those who have made a lasting impact on the OHS profession.

CSG Lifetime Achievement Award Program Details

Eligibility Criteria

Nominees must meet all the following requirements: • Be a current Professional or Emeritus Member in good standing of the CSGKC. • Have maintained CSGKC membership in good standing for at least ten (10) consecutive years. • Possess a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of professional experience in the field of OHS. • Demonstrate a lifelong commitment to OHS. • If applicable, be in good standing with relevant professional bodies or certifications, such as CSP, CIH, CHST, STS-C, CRIS, ARM or equivalent. • Must not have previously received the Lifetime Achievement Award from CSGKC.

Nomination Requirements

A complete nomination package must include the following:

* Complete Nomination Form

* Minimum of two (2) letters of support

* Comprehensive resume of CV

* Summary of Major Achievements
